As with all Autofarm products, we like to understand the science, thinking and engineering behind why things are done the way the are and why they work. To this end, we have even turned cleaning a car into a science.
What follows is some of the methods used to achieve the fantastic detailed finish.
Crystal Clear Perfection
Unlike ordinary "polishes" Swissvax waxes do not contain abrasives. Swissvax waxes are available for every type of car paint finish - even older lacquer based paintwork.
We have found that their Carnauba wax based products deliver the ultimate shine. It is applied by our Detailers who use their expertise to give your vehicle a deep, outstanding protective finish that lasts.
Swissvax Carnauba
The Swissvax wax system consists of two components: A cleaning pre-wax oil and Carnauba wax.
Carnauba is the world's purest, hardest, and most transparent natural wax. It is harvested from the top of leaves of the ‘Copernica prunifera', a fan palm native to northern Brazil. The highest and most expensive quality is classified as rare Grade One. This is used in all Swissvax waxes.
Clay Bar
‘Paint Rubber' is a Clay Bar that is used together with a lubricant to remove hidden particles which embed themselves into your cars bodywork. Elements such as brake dust, encrusted tree sap, oxidation from acid rain etc, are all removed with the careful use of this clay "bar".
Professionally applied Paint Rubber removes all the unseen particles that lie within the paintwork.
Leather-work and Interiors
We are trained in cleaning and finishing leather. Leather can be re-coloured, nourished and then polished. Scuff marks are removed wherever possible and the leather is treated with a protectant.
The result is leather that is revived, but still supple and without any brittleness.
