More power from the Gen 2 cars - 355+ BHP

The Gen 2 987 with its DFi engine lends itself to greater performance much easier than the earlier model cars. Our performance upgrade program continues with the first of our basic upgrades now ready, tried and tested.

Exhaust, filter & remap - £1500 + VAT - 355+ BHP & 420+ Nm

(FYI std Cayman & Boxsters produce 320bhp & 370Nm)

We replace the standard exhaust system with a Remus silencer system. This removes the secondary CATs, which are not needed in the UK. This helps improve the flow and still keeps it road legal.

The stock air filter is replaced with a K&N item helping to improve air-flow in to the engine.

We then carry out our ECU remap. Our remaps are adjusted specifically to each car, meaning any other engine upgrades you may have can also be taken in to account.

Please see the graph below of our recent results. Car was a 2010 987 Gen 2 Cayman S with approx. 5000 miles on the clock. The first graph was just the exhaust and filter, the 2nd show our remap added.
