Although Porsches are extremely handy on road and track and also prove themselves extremely reliable, they are by no means bullet proof. There have been several reported cases of cars (especially those equipped with suspension upgrades and track day tyres) experiencing oil starvation and oil surge in steady state high G cornering situations.
The extension works by increasing the amount of oil in the sump (by approx. 1.5 litres), lowering the oil pick up and increasing the baffling.
The kit includes:
- 1 off Billet Sump Extension made from billet 6082 aluminium
- 1 off Windage Tray (aluminium)
- 1 off Pick up Pipe Extension Block
- 1 off Modified Porsche Bulkhead
- 2 off 30x3mm O-Rings
- 12 off M6x 50mm Lg Bolts
- 3 off M6 x 47mm Lg Bolts
- 3 off M6 x 20mm Lg Hex Hd Bolts
- 3 off M6 Nyloc Nuts
- 21 off M6 washers
