Porsche's from the Glory Days of the 70's:
One of the most sought after (and thus collectable) production Porsche 911s is the iconic 1973 2.7 Carrera RS. With a simple and lightweight specification and its global racing pedigree, for the purist and enthusiast these represented a pinnacle in 911 evolution, before the demands of emissions and a growing world market required Porsche to 'soften' its design principles.
But as many know, owning a 30+ year old car can be seriously expensive because of corrosion and worn out parts. And renovation costs, when done to correct Porsche standards, are prohibitive for all but the most fortunate. So whilst it is wonderful to have 'a real classic' in the garage, if your investment is such that the risks and problems of using it dampen the pleasure, then the money might as well be sitting in a box on the shelf! And how much fun is that?

Using our 30+ years of experience we take a sound 'modern' (galvanised) 911 from the last production years of the original 911 design, with its later technology and in particular its improved corrosion protection, and onto this solid base we hand build a totally reconstituted and 'as near new as practical' 911 utilising the classic body style of the original and evocative early 911s.
Our Classic Re-Creations range (including the Autofarm 911 Classic, Grand Touring and Sport Lightweight) aim to owe little to the accepted concept of a 'Replica' - it is not about achieving the popular 'retro' look as cheaply as possible, but rather a bespoke build of instantly recognisable Porsche quality.
